Orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours of receipt, regarding product availability. Orders placed before midday (excluding weekends and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery times of 2 to 5 working days are given as an indication only. If items are unavailable, the customer will be informed by email and may cancel the order at any time or request a replacement for the missing product(s).
As soon as the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer.

You may return all or part of your order within 14 days when receiving your order.

Returns are the customer's responsibility and charge.

Returns

In order for a returned item to be refunded, it must meet the following conditions :

Has not been worn or used
It must not have been washed, have no traces of make-up or smell of perfume or tobacco...

All items must have their original labels. The labels must not have been cut or removed, and must not have been removed from the pouch provided

No signs of use or damage

Masks can not be returned for hygiene reasons. 

How to return an item

1. Download the documents to be included in your package

Print the return label by clicking here. Complete this document and include it with your package, in addition to your purchase invoice (please contact us if you have lost your invoice).

2. Prepare and send your parcel

Continue preparing your package with your items, making sure they have not been worn or washed and still have their original labels.

Choose a carrier (return costs are at your expense) and send your return package to the following address:

We strongly advise to use a delivery with signature to ensure the good delivery of your parcel at Maison Bonnefoy.

3. Write to us

Write to us afterwards to inform of the return of your order, specifying your order number and your name. Attach the proof of deposit of your parcel to your message. Use our contact form by clicking here to write us.

4. Refund

Upon receiving your parcel, including the completed return form and purchase invoice, Maison Bonnefoy proceeds to your refund, provided that the items are returned in their original condition.

The refund is made to your bank account or PayPal, used for the purchase. Maison Bonnefoy can get around 10 days to process your refund.

Only the price of the returned product(s) will be refunded; delivery and return shipping costs remain the charge of the customer.

To avoid returns, Maison Bonnefoy recommends the utmost care regarding products sizes.

We do not accept exchanges.

To get a product in a different colour or size, please return the item(s), which will be refunded. Then please place a new order.
